Carlos Hyde experienced two miracles in about a 12-hour span.

First, the former Buckeye running back helped snap a 635-day winless streak on Thursday night, as the Cleveland Browns defeated the New York Jets 31-27. That, alone, was enough reason to celebrate until the wee hours.

But on Friday morning, Hyde experienced another miracle. One that’s a little more important than winning a football game.

Hyde’s girlfriend gave birth to a baby boy. The Cleveland running back tweeted out the announcement Friday around 9:30 a.m.

Hyde was instrumental in the Browns victory over the Jets, rushing for 98 yards and two touchdowns on 23 carries. It was Cleveland’s first victory since Dec. 24, 2016.

Talk about an emotional and thrilling 24 hours.
