Fans attending the 48th annual B1G Kickoff Luncheon will be doing so with three of the most recognizable names in college football.

On Wednesday, the conference announced that Hall of Fame coaches Tom Osborne (Nebraska) and Barry Alvarez (Wisconsin) will be attending the B1G Kickoff Luncheon, scheduled for Friday, July 19. Former Michigan State running back Lorenzo White will also be in attendance.

White will be recognized as a member of the 2019 College Football Hall of Fame class, per a release from the B1G. All three will be interviewed during the luncheon, which is hosted by ESPN’s Rece Davis, alongside sideline reporter Laura Rutledge.

Osborne served as the head coach at Nebraska for 25 seasons, spanning from 1973-1997 and is remembered as one of the best in the history of the sport. Alvarez had an excellent run in Madison, leading the Badgers for 16 seasons from 1990-2005. He is currently the athletic director at Wisconsin.

White was a running back at Michigan State from 1984-87 and was a two-time first-team All-American selection. He rushed for 4,887 yards and 43 touchdowns in his career in East Lansing. He will be the 10th Spartan to reach the College Football Hall of Fame.
