Tim Hasselbeck names team that needs to trade up in NFL Draft for CJ Stroud

C.J. Stroud is expected to go early in the 2023 NFL Draft. The Indianapolis Colts have pick No. 4 and are expected to draft a quarterback. One ESPN analyst says that the Colts should not sit and wit to see if they can get Stroud at No. 4.
On “Get Up,” ESPN’s Tim Hasselbeck made the case for Indianapolis to move up to No. 2 to be able to draft Stroud, with Alabama’s Bryce Young the presumptive No. 1 pick.
Houston holds the No. 2 pick. Though some might be hesitant about trading to a division rival, Hasselbeck says the move makes sense for Indianapolis as it would not take a lot in “draft capital” to move up just 2 spots.
