Tip drill! Mike Morris comes up with Michigan’s 2nd INT in impressive fashion

They did it again.
For the second time in three drives, Michigan picked off Payton Thorne. But this one wasn’t as easy as the last one. The Wolverines put their tip drills to the test to pull it off, with Mike Morris finally securing the ball.

The interception set up a field goal to extend the Michigan lead to 10-0. Heading into the game, Thorne had thrown 4 interceptions in Michigan State’s 7 games. He threw 2 in one quarter Saturday as the two teams battle it out for the Paul Bunyan Trophy.
But Michigan State ended up scoring out of the gate in the 2nd quarter as Kenneth Walker III broke out for a 27-yard run to cut the Wolverines lead to 10-7 with 14:52 left in the first half. You can watch the rest of the game on FOX.
