Todd McShay has come out with his latest mock draft projection of the NFL Draft, and the ESPN analyst has pegged 2 rounds of players. The Big Ten landed 7 in the first round, and 8 in the second round.
In what is becoming a consensus, McShay pegged Michigan pass rusher Aidan Hutchinson to the Jacksonville Jaguars at No. 1 overall.
“Best player available. Big need. Perfect match. Jacksonville tied for the fifth-fewest sacks in 2021 (32), and its 27.8% pressure rate ranked No. 20 in the NFL. Hutchinson would instantly provide the Jaguars with a relentless, explosive disrupter on the edge opposite Josh Allen.”
McShay then has the dynamic Ohio State wide receivers going next as Zach Wilson and Carson Wentz look to find new No. 1 targets.
Here’s a list of all the Big Ten projections:
1. Aidan Hutchinson, DE, Michigan, Jacksonville Jaguars
4. Garrett Wilson, WR, Ohio State, New York Jets
11. Chris Olave, WR, Ohio State, Washington Commanders
22. Jahan Dotson, WR, Penn State, Green Bay Packers
