Indiana coach Tom Allen was complimentary of Ohio State’s entire defensive line, calling the unit ‘probably the most physically impressive group overall’ on Thursday, but Allen didn’t keep secret which player of that group for Ohio State is the most dangerous — defensive end Chase Young.
“You better know where he (Young) is at all times,” Allen said according to Joe Blau of The Herald-Times.

Young continued to praise Allen, comparing him to SEC defensive linemen.

That last comment is a bit of a head-scratching because it seems as though Allen is admitting the SEC possesses better defensive lines than the Big Ten. It’s weird to see a coach praise another conference over his own, and it might not even be true this season because the BIG has some very impressive defensive linemen this year.
Regardless, the point is Allen sounds very concerned about blocking Young this weekend. Last year, Young posted 9.5 sacks and 14.5 tackles for loss in 14 games. He already has 3.0 sacks and 3.0 tackles for loss through two games this season.
Indiana will host Ohio State at 12 p.m. ET on Saturday.
