The New England Patriots opened the 2023 season at home against the defending NFC champion Philadelphia Eagles.

However, there was another exciting moment going on in New England, as the team honored the legendary Tom Brady with a ceremony before the game.

The Patriots also unveiled a new tribute video for Brady highlighting his numerous accomplishments with the organization.

Here’s the video:

During his time in New England, Brady won 6 Super Bowls and 3 MVPs. He won another Super Bowl in 2020 as the starting quarterback in Tampa Bay.

Before he was in New England, he was a quarterback for Michigan from 1995-1999. In 2 seasons as the starting quarterback at Michigan, he finished with a 20-5 record.

He led the team to a 1999 Citrus Bowl win, and then won the 2000 Orange Bowl against Alabama. He was famously drafted 199th overall by the Patriots in 2000.

He started 381 career games for the Patriots, 333 in the regular season and another 48 in the playoffs. The 7 Super Bowls he has won is more than any other player or any other franchise in the history of the NFL.
