Tom Brady passes Drew Brees for NFL’s all-time mark

The NFL’s all-time mark for passing touchdowns has traded hands once again. This time, it is in the possession of Tom Brady.

Entering the weekend, Brady held a slim lead on the all-time mark ahead of Drew Brees. Then, Brees passed him during Sunday’s action with two touchdowns against the Bears.

Brees was able to enjoy first place on the all-time list for a little more than 24 hours before Brady hit the field in Monday Night Football. It actually took Brady a while to re-take the lead, waiting until the fourth quarter to throw his second touchdown of the game against the New York Giants.

This touchdown to Mike Evans now gives Brady 561 touchdowns all-time, breaking the tie with Brees at 560:
