Brady was the talk of the sports world on Saturday when ESPN reported that the former Michigan quarterback was retiring from the NFL after 22 seasons. ESPN’s report was attributed to Jeff Darlington and Adam Schefter, a leading NFL insider who regularly breaks pro football news. Ian Rapoport, an insider for NFL Media, also reported Brady had decided to retire and would be making a public announcement in the coming.
After those reports, however, Brady told the Tampa Bay Buccaneers he had not come to a final decision. Brady’s father relayed a similar message to reporters. Brady Watch continues for football fans everywhere.
