Tom Izzo was able to get Malik Hall back on the court for Michigan State ahead of New Year’s Day. Now, with two games back in action, Hall is trending up moving forward.
During his Thursday press conference, Izzo announced that Hall was held out of Wednesday’s practice after playing against Nebraska on Tuesday. Fortunately, Hall was able to return and was active for much of Thursday’s practice.
Hopefully, Hall continues to stay healthy and trend upward for the Spartans for the rest of league play.

Hall missed a little over a month of action before returning against Buffalo on Dec. 30. After playing 12 minutes in his return, Hall improved that to 18 minutes off the bench against Nebraska on Tuesday.
We’ll see if he’s able to make an impact when the Spartans host in-state rival Michigan on Saturday.
