Trey Palmer will officially be heading to Mobile to take part in the 2023 Senior Bowl.

Palmer made Nebraska history in 2022, setting a new single-season record in receiving yards with 1,043. Palmer also had 71 catches and 9 TDs on the season.

Senior Bowl Executive Director Jim Nagy also praised Palmer, calling him the “potential early betting favorite for the fastest man at (the NFL) Combine.”

Palmer was one of the few bright spots for Nebraska in 2022. Palmer came over to Nebraska after 3 seasons at LSU.

In high school, Palmer ran a blazing 10.42s 100m dash. Palmer’s 40-yard dash time has been clocked at 4.44. The receiver’s speed was apparent during his time at Nebraska, as he seemed uncatchable in the open field.

Palmer will get to show off his speed against some of the best talent in the country at the Senior Bowl.
