TV Schedule for B1G basketball unveiled for 2022-2023 season

It might be football season, but its never too early to start thinking about B1G basketball. The conference recently announced start and television times for its league schedule. Also announced were tip times and network assignments for selected games.
The B1G schedule is set to begin Dec 2-11 and resumes later in the month on Dec. 29. Its first league game will be Illinois vs. Maryland in College Park on Dec. 2 at either 7 pm or 9 pm EST ESPN2 will broadcast its first B1G matchup with Wisconsin vs. Maryland in Madison.
Fox Sports gets its first matchup with Maryland visiting Michigan to start the new year on Jan. 1 at 4:30 pm on FS1. CBS joins the fray with Indiana vs. Wisconsin on Jan. 14.
All 140 contests lead up to the B1G tournament on March 8-12 at the United Center in Chicago. Initial matchups will be on the Big Ten Network before moving over to CBS Sports for the semifinals and championship game.
Start times for the B1G/ACC Challenge have yet to be announced; but will be carried by ESPN.
