As fall camp continues to wear on, more and more Ohio State freshmen are going to lose their black stripes.
Two more newcomers were able to remove that thin black stripe from their helmets, signifying they’ve officially become Buckeyes. The two freshmen were safety Jeffrey Okudah and defensive tackle Haskell Garrett.
Okudah was a five-star recruit out of Texas and was a top 10 player for the 2017 recruiting class. Garrett was a four-star prospect out of Nevada, but was still ranked in the top 70 recruits of 2017.
Continue watching, Ohio State fans. Plenty of black stripes still have yet to be removed.
