Michigan State is officially on upset watch.

Through the first 20 minutes of action, the second-seeded Spartans trail No. 15 seed Bradley 35-34 in the Round of 64. Poor shooting from MSU has led to its first half deficit.

Michigan State shot just 36.7 percent from the floor and made only two of 10 three-point attempts through the first half. Bradley converted on six of its nine attempts from three-point range. The Spartans are also getting outrebounded 19-13.

Cassius Winston led the Spartans with 13 first half points, but nobody else on the roster has scored more than four. Bradley’s Elijah Childs had 11 points and Dwayne Lautier-Ogunleye added nine.

The first half is deja vu for Michigan State, who suffered a first round loss as a No. 2 seed in 2016, falling the 15-seed Middle Tennesse.
