A whopping 19 teams that have been ranked have already lost this season, and we are only 3 weeks into the season.
That may be because each week has had ranked opponents playing ranked opponents such as Auburn-Penn State, Alabama-Florida yesterday, Oregon-Ohio State in week 2, Wisconsin-Penn State in week 1, and that is just a handful of games between ranked opponents.
A record 19 ranked teams have lost through three weeks, per ESSPN stats. A look a the reasons behind the chaos in Takeaways. Also @WMU_Football big win. Notre Dame’s gauntlet. Miami and FSU lose badly. More… https://t.co/tvdvdAXYT7

Out of the B1G teams that were or are still ranked that lost are Ohio State, Wisconsin and Indiana; they all have lost at least once or twice in Indiana’s case.
There will be even more chances for ranked opponents to fall as we get further into the season. Ohio State still has to play Penn State and Michigan. Wisconsin still has to play Notre Dame, Michigan and Iowa.
This B1G season might be the best season ever in the conference as we already have a plethora of great conference and non-conference matchups and we have not even reached the tipping point of the conference season.
