Urban Meyer, FOX’s postgame broadcast serenaded with ‘We want Urban’ chants from Buckeyes faithful

Urban Meyer was serenaded with some interesting chants as Ohio State fans are not happy about losing to Michigan for the 2nd year in a row.
After the 45-23 upset, the hosts of FOX’s Big Noon Kickoff were set to reveal their analysis of the game. However, when Urban Meyer began speaking, Buckeye fans in the crowd began chanting “We want Urban.”

Meyer and the rest of the crew seemed to ignore the chants. Meyer coached the Buckeyes from 2012-2018 before stepping down due to health concerns.
Interestingly, Desmond Howard of College GameDay warned before the game that “things will get hot” for Ryan Day if his team suffers a second-straight loss to Michigan. While this might seem dramatic, as Day is 45-5 as head coach, losing to Michigan is considered unacceptable for Ohio State.
The loss also keeps Day and the Buckeyes from achieving their goals which are always to beat Michigan, win the B1G and play for a national title. Ohio State will have to wait to see about the hopes for the Playoff, but the Buckeyes have lost to Michigan and been outside of the B1G Championship for two straight seasons.
