We’re 3 weeks through the college football season and a trio of Big Ten quarterbacks have stood out the most according to FOX Sports analyst Urban Meyer.
The legendary college football coach dropped his best Big Ten quarterbacks list, with Oregon’s Dante Moore at the top, followed by Michigan’s Bryce Underwood and Washington’s Demond Williams Jr.
The 6-foot-3 Moore has thrown for 657 yards, 7 touchdowns and 1 interception with the 10th-best QBR in the nation for No. 6 Oregon. The sophomore out of Detroit is drawing some comparisons to Houston Texans Pro Bowl quarterback C.J. Stroud.
The 6-foot-4 Underwood is another phenom from Detroit. The freshman has passed for 628 yards with 2 touchdowns and an interception for No. 21 Michigan.
The 5-foot-11 Williams Jr. has thrown for 480 yards with 2 touchdowns, no interceptions, and the 19th-best QBR in the country for 2-0 Washington.
Moore and Oregon have a rivalry game vs. visiting Oregon on the slate for this Saturday (3 p.m. ET/Big Ten Network).
Underwood and Michigan head to Nebraska in Week 4 for an afternoon tilt (3:30 p.m. ET/CBS).
Williams Jr. and Washington travel to take on in-state rival Washington State on Saturday in primetime (4:30 p.m. PT/CBS).
