After a weekend that saw B1G football upended a bit, it seems that the point spreads for the sixth week of conference play reflect an anticipated return to the norm.
All four ranked teams in the B1G (No. 3 Ohio State, No. 11 Northwestern, No. 12 Indiana, and No. 18 Wisconsin) are favored this weekend. Ohio State is the clear favorite against Illinois, despite the Illini coming off consecutive wins at Rutgers and then at Nebraska this past weekend.
Northwestern is expected to keep on rolling and Indiana is looking to bounce back after battling at Ohio State in a 42-35 loss.
Here are where the lines opened at Vegas Insider:
- Iowa -13 vs Nebraska
- Wisconsin -21 vs Minnesota
- Northwestern -10 vs Michigan State
- Michigan -4 vs Penn State
- Indiana -15 vs Maryland
- Purdue -13 vs Rutgers
- Ohio State -30 vs Illinois
Michigan State enters the unusual territory of being an underdog against Northwestern, though that line makes a lot of sense considering how both teams look in 2020.
Week 13 #CollegeFootball openers starting to show up with our friends at @CircaSports posting both sides and totals.
