Give Vegas credit, it continues to find creative ways to intrigue gamblers into making bets on college football.
On Monday, BetOnline.ag released its first ever rivalry head-to-head win spreads, allowing fans to put money on the number of wins a team will end the season with compared to its rival. It does provide an interesting new avenue for sports betting.
From BetOnline.ag:
You can now wager on 28 of the largest College Football rivalries both past and present.
Listed below with the favorite first are the head-to-head win spreads. For example, if Alabama falls below their 11-win expectation and goes 10-2, they can still cover their head-to-head matchup against hated rival Auburn if the Tigers finish 6-6.
Got all that?
If you’re following along and interested in what those spreads are for B1G rivals, we’ve got you covered (pun not intended):
Ohio State -1/2 win vs. Michigan
Michigan -1/2 win vs. Notre Dame
Michigan -2.5 wins vs. Michigan State
Wisconsin -1 win vs. Minnesota
Penn State -2.5 wins vs. Pittsburgh
Iowa State -1/2 win vs. Iowa
