Another Ohio State player has officially become a Buckeye with just a week until the 2019 season kicks off in Columbus.

On Saturday, Ohio State announced that defensive tackle Zaid Hamdan has lost his black stripe. He joined the program in 2018 as an invited walk-on, making this his second year with OSU. He is a native of Mason, Ohio.

Hamdan is listed as a 5-foot-11, 260-pound defensive tackle on the official Ohio State roster. Last season he was redshirted.
