Rutgers held its annual spring game on Saturday, and the Scarlet Knights had some beautiful weather for the exciting matchup.
It was a high-scoring affair, but none of the many touchdowns were as special as one scored by 5-year-old Mordecai Carthy.
As you can see in the video below, shared by the Big Ten Network on Twitter, Carthy, who has autism, set a school record with a 93-yard touchdown run during the game:
Round of applause for Mordecai Carthy! 👏

It was a special moment for Carthy, and it was a great way for the Scarlet Knights to make a great memory for one of their youngest fans.
Carthy will never forget his long touchdown, but now it’ll be up to a Rutgers player to break that record this fall.
