There’s been a giant addition to the University of North Dakota’s football team. OK, maybe he won’t be suiting up for the Fighting Hawks, but maybe he could be the new team mascot?
A moose found its way onto the field at the University of North Dakota’s Memorial Stadium this week, and appeared to be enjoying himself between the sidelines. He munched on some grass, took a nap, and even did a few windsprints during his visit.
While the moose didn’t appear to be a threat or destroy anything at the stadium, the University of North Dakota Police warned students to stay away from the area so that it didn’t become frightened or startled.
