The SEC Championship is living up to the hype.
No. 1 Alabama-No. 4 Georgia was supposed to be arguably the Crimson Tide’s toughest test all season long, and it has proven to be just that. Georgia, in the first two and a half quarters, had a 28-14 lead.
Alabama got the ball and was looking to close the deficit from 14 to 7 and succeeded thanks to a 4-play drive, ending with this:

There’s no other way to put it.
Even with this score, though, Georgia is still hanging onto a lead. This is Alabama we’re talking about, though.
