Targeting is one of the most highly debated penalties in all of college football. It seems like referees around the country do not have a universal standard for the call.
On Wednesday, BTN released a video of B1G coaches discussing their thoughts on targeting.

B1G coaches all had different viewpoints, but there was one common thing they agreed on: It makes the game safer.
