WATCH: B1G head coaches talk about athlete protests

Considering the events that took place last week in the NFL, the topic of athlete protests has dominated in the media. It’s trickled down from the professional ranks to the college level.
Numerous B1G football coaches were asked about the topic throughout the week and were asked if there would be any demonstrations or signs of unity from their teams this weekend. Each coach gave a slightly difference response.
Big Ten Network compiled all of those responses and presented it in a short video. Here’s what a few B1G head coaches had to say about athlete protests this week:
