WATCH: Cam Heyward rips through line, delivers vicious blind-side sack

It may still be preseason action, but Cam Heyward is not messing around!
The former Ohio State star has had a very successful career with the Pittsburgh Steelers. Entering his ninth season in the NFL, Heyward has 45 career sacks, 68 tackles for loss, and 94 QB hits. He is also a two-time Pro Bowler and a one-time All-Pro.

Taking on the Tennessee Titans Sunday night, Heyward showed he is all business on the football field, even during the preseason. He ripped past his offensive lineman with ease before squaring up quarterback Ryan Tannehill.
He drilled him with a blindside hit that certainly had to hurt:
