It’s early August and college football training camps are under way.
Now that practices are being had, plays are being made. Coaches and the media are seeing certain players that are standing out.
One of those players is Ohio State WR Chris Olave. Last fall, it was Olave’s first in college football. Despite being new to the collegiate atmosphere, he made some remarkable plays that turned people’s heads.
Now, entering his sophomore campaign, people are expecting even more from Olave. On Saturday night, Ohio State football’s Twitter account posted a clip of Olave not only beating a Buckeye DB off the line of scrimmage, but leaping over him and making a spectacular catch as well.

Again, Olave has made plays before. Three of his 12 catches a season ago went for TDs. The ability is there.
Now it’s just about making these plays consistently with more playing time.
Ohio State’s 2019 season begins on Aug. 31 at home against Florida Atlantic.
