Yikes.

No. 19 Michigan (2-1) hasn’t been kind to its Week 4 opponent in Nebraska (0-2) this afternoon, as it jumped out to an early 7-0 lead minutes into the game and hasn’t released its foot off the gas pedal since.

Sophomore wide receiver Donovan People-Jones has added insult to injury with this explosive 60-yard punt return touchdown that features all the necessities of a major highlight — speed, power and agility — to give the Wolverines a dominant 46-0 lead over the winless Cornhuskers mid-way through the third quarter:

Peoples-Jones is settling into his role with the team quite nicely, having an excellent performance today following last week’s 90-yard, three-touchdown outburst against SMU (won 45-20). He currently leads all UM pass-catchers with 14 catches for 159 yards and four scores so far this season.
