George Kittle did exactly what he had to do following the 49ers’ 26-23 win over the Seahawks. He walked out to the podium and addressed the media.
But the San Francisco tight end had other places to be, so he made his appearance with reporters as quick as possible.
Where was Kittle headed, you might ask? He was jetting over to San Jose, where the WWE was hosting a Tables, Ladders and Chairs match on Sunday evening. He was even in full WWE mode, sporting a Stone Cold Steve Austin Shirt from the 1990s.
Kittle had no intention of hiding his obsession. And he made it clear to the media that they were holding him up and he needed to get moving.
Overall, Kittle had a pretty enjoyable Sunday. He caught three passes for 51 yards, the 49ers nailed a game-winning field goal in overtime and, of course, he got to take in some WWE action.
