This past Saturday was the annual CY-Hawk rivalry featuring the Iowa Hawkeyes and the Iowa State Cyclones. And it was an instant classic.
The Hawkeyes won the game, 44-41 in OT and their quarterback Nate Stanley was outstanding. The Iowa signal caller threw for 333 yards and five touchdowns. Due to his performance, Stanley won B1G Offensive Player of the Week. Since he won the weekly award, Stanley appeared on BTN on Tuesday to discuss his performance against Iowa State.
