Talk about a clutch catch.
With Iowa State leading 31-21 in the middle of the fourth quarter, Hawkeyes quarterback Nathan Stanley dropped back and delivered a pass to the back of the end zone. And what looked like a throw out of bounds was snagged by Ihmir Smith-Marsette for six points.
It was one of the best catches of the day and kept the Hawkeyes within striking distance.
