Jared Sparks bio on the Purdue’s athletics may read quarterback. But this season, he has been doubling as a wide receiver.
The Louisiana native is coming off his best performance at receiver, after catching 11 passes for 130 yards against the Northwestern Wildcats. However, he is currently Purdue’s second string quarterback.
On Tuesday, Sparks met with the media to discuss how it handling quarterback and wide receiver duties.

On the year, Sparks has 18 catches for 212 yards.
Sparks and the Boilermakers will take the field this Saturday against the Iowa Hawkeyes at 3:30 p.m. ET.
