Watch: Jim Leonhard gives his thoughts on knowing he’s set to call his first game as a defensive coordinator on Friday

It is finally game week for the Wisconsin Badgers. With that, that means Jim Leonhard is one day closer to making his defensive coordinator debut.
Since it will be Leonhard’s first time running the Badger defense, the official Wisconsin football Twitter account released a video of him giving his thoughts on preparing to run a defense for the first time.

Leonhard played for the Badgers from 2002-2004.
Wisconsin opens its season on Sept. 1 against the Utah State Aggies at 9 p.m. ET on ESPN.
