WATCH: Joel Klatt critical of Michigan’s offense through two weeks

It’s only been two weeks, but Michigan’s offense is already coming under some criticism. After two unimpressive games against Middle Tennessee and Army, there’s been some serious concern about the direction the offense is heading.
Joel Klatt is one of the individuals with some concerns. The FOX Sports analyst isn’t ready to push the panic button just yet, but he says the Wolverines need to make some significant improvements in the coming weeks.
Following Michigan’s 24-21 overtime victory over Army, Klatt didn’t like the limited number of RPOs out of the offense and wanted to see a little more Dylan McCaffrey. He’s not been overly impressed with the so-called “wide-open” offense.
Klatt did admit that teams can improve over the course of the season and that there’s no reason to panic. But if things don’t change — and quickly — Michigan could drop a game or two even before playing Ohio State.
Michigan plays Wisconsin in two weeks, a huge B1G showdown in late September. Both teams will be 2-0 entering that contest. If the Wolverines don’t make some adjustments offensively, that’s going to be a tough game to win.
