Josey Jewell is the unquestionable leader of Iowa’s defense. He is the the B1G’s leading tackler.
Now, this weekend, the linebacker and the rest of his teammates face a tough task in the Ohio State offense. Buckeye signal caller J.T. Barrett is coming of a near perfect game in which he completed 33-of-39 passes for 300 plus yards and four scores. However, Jewell and company are known to bring down top ranked teams.
Last year, Jewell helped engineer Iowa’s upset over Michigan in Kinnick, which is where the Hawkeyes and Buckeyes will play this Saturday.
On Wednesday, Jewell joined BTN to preview the upcoming game against Ohio State.
Kickoff is set for 3:30 p.m. ET and will be televised on ESPN.
