Maryland played Howard in Week 1, but the Terrapins still had to go out and perform if they wanted to win.
The Terps won. And they won convincingly.
The final score was Maryland 79, Howard 0. The Terrapins did their job in the season-opener. No doubt about that.

The look on Locksley’s face says it all. When he first accepted the job, he called it a “dream job.” And to him, it makes sense. He’s from the area. He grew up watching Maryland football.
His face showed it during this game ball moment.
