WATCH: Michigan blocks Indiana’s field goal attempt

On fourth-and-3 with 2 minutes left in the first quarter and trailing Michigan by 3, Indiana attempted a 51-yard field goal. But, Michigan’s Maurice Hurst blocked the kick and Lavert Hill scooped up the ball and returned it for 35 yards to Indians’ 27-yard line.

Despite starting with excellent field position, the Wolverines went three-and-out, after committing two penalties.
Michigan settled for a Quinn Nordin 38-yard field goal to take a 6-0 lead over Indiana just 6 seconds into the second quarter.
