Michigan State’s defense is the real deal.
Early into the fourth quarter, the Spartans had already forced five Michigan turnovers and were nursing a four-point lead in Ann Arbor. Linebacker Joe Bachie came up with this nifty interception, making a diving catch in the pouring rain.

Despite the several turnovers, Michigan is somehow still in the game. The Spartans offense hasn’t been able to take advantage of the several opportunities.
Some of that can be credited to the weather. But the Wolverines’ defense is pretty darn good, too.
