WATCH: Mike Epstein blows past USF defense for blazing 43-yard TD

Illinois raced out to an early touchdown against South Florida.
The Fighting Illini are off to a 2-0 start this season but are facing their first real test in USF. The Bulls come into the game with an identical 2-0 record behind the strong play of QB Blake Barnett.
There’s still a lot of game left to be played, but RB Mike Epstein put Illinois on top with this impressive run. Epstein burst through the hole and was immediately into the second level of the defense. After that, he had just one man to beat to get to the pylon.
Epstein finished his run off with an impressive dive to get inside the corner for the touchdown. Illinois on BTN shared the video of his impressive opening score:
