Trick plays are awesome.
Especially the unique ones.
Every Saturday, a trick play is run that you may not have seen before. This Saturday, however, North Texas didn’t exactly run a trick play to score a touchdown.
The Mean Green’s punt return man Keegan Brewer was back to return a punt and caught the ball at his own 10-yard-line against Arkansas. As with most returns caught at the 10-yard mark, the returner typically makes a fair catch.
Brewer, however, did not.
And for whatever reason, Arkansas thought nothing of it — thinking the play was dead once Brewer caught the football.
He then ran it 90 yards the other way for a TD.

Maybe Arkansas’ punt unit should pay a bit more attention next time.
