It hasn’t been a fantastic start to the 2018 season for the Michigan Wolverines.
No. 12 Notre Dame is hosting No. 14 Michigan on NBC and in the first quarter, it’s been all Fighting Irish. After an early 7-0 lead by Notre Dame, mid-way through the first quarter, the Wolverines allowed yet another touchdown.
This time, it was a 43-yard TD catch by Chris Finke. It was more impressive than just a long catch-and-throw, though.

Finke not only burned one defensive back with his move back toward the middle, but to secure the catch, the 5-foot-10 senior had to go up over one defender to take the ball and then endure a hit from the initial man he juked.
Michigan and new QB Shea Patterson have some work to do, now down 14-0.
