The game between No. 4 Ohio State and No. 9 Penn State is getting interesting.
The Buckeyes were favored to win a close game, and to start the fourth quarter, that’s exactly what was happening. However, just a couple minuted into the final period, the Nittany Lions got setup to take the lead — and did so — after a 15-yard targeting call was made.
Here’s a look at Ohio State DB Isaiah Pryor hitting a defenseless receiver in the head:

It’s not as though Pryor came flying in with his helmet, head-hunting the receiver. However, the pass-catcher was defenseless. Any hit to the head — even a shoulder — is going to draw not only a flag, but an ejection as well.
That’s exactly what happened here.
