It’s rivalry week.
What that means for Purdue is that the Boilermakers get to meet up with Indiana and show the Hoosiers who the best team in the state is. The game was played, and Purdue has the bragging rights now, following its 28-21 victory.
Freshman WR Rondale Moore was outstanding once again, catching 12 passes for 141 yards and 2 TD. With his 12 receptions, Moore became just the third player in B1G history to record a 100-reception season.
And again, he’s just a freshman.
Moore is special, as is Purdue coach Jeff Brohm. Brohm has done some great things with the Boilermakers and he has gotten attention when it comes to open head coaching positions across the country.
Regardless, Brohm continues to say that he’s with Purdue. His players love him, and after the game — which clinched the Boilermakers’ eligibility for a bowl game — it showed:

Purdue is now 6-6 and will likely be heading to a bowl game to conclude its season.
