Late in the second quarter, Purdue dialed up a double-reverse flea flicker to try and catch the Ohio defense off guard. And it worked to perfection. Quarterback David Blough found a wide open Cole Herdmann for a 62-yard TD pass.

Yeah, it’s safe to say Boilermaker fans are really going to enjoy this new-look Purdue offense.
The play resulted in Blough’s third touchdown pass of the season and the first TD catch for Herdmann.
Purdue took a 24-7 advantage with the score.
