Despite not winning, the Purdue Boilermakers surprised everyone with how well they played against the No. 16 Louisville Cardinals.
The Purdue defense held Louisville quarterback and last year’s Heisman winner Lamar Jackson for the first part of the game, but then he ran wild over the Boilermakers. In spite of that, Purdue’s defense was impressive. Also, the offense was not bad either.
