Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson is usually a pretty good decision maker. Unfortunately, he had a major lapse in judgement on Monday night.
The Seahawks were hosting the Minnesota Vikings on Monday Night Football as both teams attempt to keep playoff hopes alive.
With a 3-0 lead late in the first half, the Seahawks were on the verge of taking a two-score lead, as they had the ball 1st-and-goal from the 1-yard line. But that’s when disaster happened.
Wilson rolled out to his right and slipped, allowing the Vikings defense to swarm and force the Seattle quarterback to make one of the dumbest decisions of the year. Wilson just tossed the ball into the air and it landed in the hands of Vikings’ Eric Kendricks.
The Seahawks took a 3-0 advantage into the locker room. Below is the video of Wilson’s terrible interception.
Russell Wilson, what just happened?!
