Week 2 B1G picks against the spread

So we learned some things from Week 1.

Apparently Purdue and Rutgers are better than we thought. The same could be said about Maryland, which made a mockery of the 18 points it was given on the road at Texas.

The Week 1 lines were tricky, and as a result, picking against the spread was pretty tricky, too. We didn’t fare so well (only Garrett Kroeger finished with a winning record), but it’s a marathon, not a sprint.

Here were the standings from out Week 1 picks against the spread:

  • Garrett Kroeger: 8-5
  • Connor O’Gara: 6-7
  • Dustin Scutte: 5-8

Here’s hoping for some better picks against the spread in Week 2:
