Well, that didn’t last very long.
Former Arkansas offensive coordinator Dan Enos is returning to the SEC after only a few weeks in Ann Arbor. The well-respected assistant coach was hired by Jim Harbaugh soon after Bret Bielema was dismissed by Arkansas but has since been given an opportunity with a larger role in Tuscaloosa by Nick Saban.
Enos jumped at the chance and has since been hired by Alabama. Enos will be quarterbacks coach for Saban and associate head coach. Before landing in Fayetteville, Enos was the head coach of Central Michigan for several years. He left his head coaching job to be an offensive coordinator under Bielema.
Pete Thamel of Yahoo was the first to report the news:
Source: Dan Enos expected to leave Michigan for Alabama. He’s expected to be associate HC and coach QBs.

ESPN’s Adam Rittenberg, along with several others, has since confirmed it:
Source confirms Alabama has hired Dan Enos as quarterbacks coach. Yahoo first reported the move. Enos, who had been the offensive coordinator at Arkansas until November, had joined Michigan's staff as wide receivers coach but instead heads to Tuscaloosa. https://t.co/E7VOw4Rh2U
