Greg Schiano had his weekly press conference with the Indiana game coming up next.

Rutgers are coming off of one its worst losses of the year. The Scarlett Knights were pummeled by Wisconsin to the tune of 52-3 at home.

The team had just 207 total yards of offense, compared to Wisconsin’s 579. Rutgers also had four turnovers, including two interceptions from quarterback Noah Vedral. Vedral had 81 yards passing in the loss, but he also got injured during the third quarter of the game.

The Scarlett Knights time of possession was 22:28 through four quarters of play. Their 3rd-down conversion rate was also 1-11.

After a loss like that, all you can do is move on to the next one. Rutgers is 2-5 against Indiana since joining the B1G in 2014. The Scarlett Knights will be seeking their first win against the Hoosiers since 2015. Indiana will be trying to keep its win streak against Rutgers alive, coming into the game winning the last five matchups.

Schiano talked about the Wisconsin loss, as well as an update on Vedral’s injury status. He also discussed the defense, and scheduling down the road.

Here’s what the Rutgers head coach had to say:
