Nebraska head coach Scott Frost has been in a little better mood over the last few weeks. Of course, winning back-to-back games after an 0-6 start will do that.
Frost met with the media on Monday for his weekly press conference, talking about the Huskers’ upcoming opponent, Ohio State. After a pair of wins, it’s easy to tell that the head coach has been a lot happier with the performance he’s seen from his players.
Over the last two weeks, Frost said there’s been a difference in doing the little things and also not making so many mental mistakes. The result has been two straight wins and a ton of confidence heading into Columbus.
Here’s what Frost said at his weekly press conference:
Scott Frost opens expressing condolences for both the NU band member who was killed in a car accident Friday and for Tom Osborne’s brother, Jack, who died in a car accident yesterday.

Frost said he expects Ohio State to "play with its hair on fire" at game's outset, and #Huskers need to be able to withstand Buckeyes' initial surge. #Huskers

Frost said Martinez has improved in fitting passes into tight spaces. That’ll be important as NU faces a good opponent in Ohio State.
